We currently use Royal mail recorded for UK deliveries ad International signed for for international deliveries, this is subject to change without further notice..

A tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch of order, please see the relevant shippers or Royal mail website for further information on tracking.

If your packaging appears to be damaged please ensure you have notified the shipper before signing for goods and notify us with 7 days of receipt.


RETURNS

It is recommended to charge and discharge new batteries at least 5 times, this helps condition the battery and reach its full capacity. It is normal for a new battery to take a small charge, if this happens turn off the charger and allow to cool and start the charge again.. Batteries should always be fully charged before first use

If you have followed the above but still need to return a battery or the above is not applicable please do the following to apply for a RMA Number:

Log in to your Order History on the website

Click on the link Need to return this Product

A new page will be opened up to request a RMA number.

If the return is accepted, an email will be sent with details of the next step to take.

Goods Must be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund. When returning a package, the RMA number must be written clearly on the outside. Goods must have original packaging that has not been damaged or defaced and include reason for return.
